By asking the right questions of the client early enough in the project life cycle, the intention is that we at Lofno establish what it is exactly that the client wishes to achieve (objectives) and the prioritisation of those objectives because in most cases a client will be constrained by a number of real life issues such as timing, budget, JV partner considerations and resources. Thus we can map out a project forward plan which conforms to the specific business needs of the client and deliver an effective project execution strategy.
Previous experience indicates that resolution of internal stakeholder conflicts / disconnects concerning the functionality of a given well construction concept can yield significant cost benefit. It is from this premise that Lofno would aim to achieve consensus amongst stakeholders and use this to produce a mutually agreed Basis of Design document which would act as the foundation for detailed project design.
